Governance Dashboard problem

Hello,

I am new to QlikView so accept my apologies in case I won't provide obvious information re my problem.

We have QlikView Enterprise 11.20.12758.0 & Governance Dashboard v1.1.1. The problem we are having is that the GD didn't update since 2 months ago. The reload task is scheduled daily, and runs successfully in about 5 minutes. However, the dashboard does not show new data. Clicking Scan Details, I get a lot of errors in the last scan (1884 in 556 files). I have attached an Excel file with all these errors. One of the errors that got my attention is this: "MSG_QVX_MISSING_HEADER_DELIMITER: The QVX file [filename] is missing a nul terminator following its QvxTableHeader section". Google returns no results when I search for this error. I checked one of the files that was mentioned on one of these errors, and I can clearly see that after </QvxTableHeader> section there is a NUL (see image attached). I've also compared the file with another QVX file that is not mentioned in the error, so I suppose it's been loaded without problems, but I cannot find any obvious difference (looking at </QvxTableHeader> section).

To mention that the dashboard have been re-installed from scratch and redeployed in a new project folder but it has the same problem as the original one.

From my understanding, these errors cause the dashboard not to refresh. Your advise would be much appreciated. If you need any other info, do not hesitate to let me know.

Kind regards,

Mihai
