Gradient of a bar chart

Hello everyone,

I need your help about a gradient that I will make in a graph.

It is a little complicated, as you can see in this picture below :

Is it possible that all the expressions to the right can make a gradient of colour, for example for nameA a very light red, and name0 a strong red ?
