Grey bar in caption

Hello

Really quick formatting thing but dribving me mad!! How do I get rid of grey line/bar /shadow that is shown inthe bottom half a list box caption.

I just can't seemt o get rid of it!! but I kbnow it can be done!!

Document Properties/General set Sheet Object Style to Air or Plain.
