HELP Tab in Qlikview application

Hello,

Please i need help, if you have examples of a HELP tab which can i put in my qlikview application , please share it with me.

I mean by HELP Tab , some explanation for the user how to use qlikview : selections, favoris, search, navigation, notes/comment.....

You will get qv samples after installation at: C:\Program Files\QlikView\Examples\Documents  (default path), check Movies Database.qvw->How QlikView Works tab

Thank you Tresesco , is helpful but this application didn't contain all basic information about Qlikview, i need something more global and more information !
