[HELP] can't open accesspoint from ipad browser

hello qlikview world..

my client is using qlikview 10 SR1 for desktop and server

they tried to open qlikview from ipad browser and it only shows accesspoint without any login authentication

when i tried from PC browser, it runs normal

my client is using SBE License

what's wrong with it?

need help
