Header and footer do not appear

Hello

I am facing a situation that sound very easy to fix :

When generating a report, the header and footer do not appear.

I tried to play with the report settings -> Margins : still does not appear.

Can this be because I have a white background?

I tried to put the following text in the different sections of the Report Settings -> Header/Footer tab :

='GOGOGO'

=RIGHT

='pages'&[Pages]&[Page]

&[Picture=Blue Supplier]

Noyhing appears after hours of tests... maybe a very simple action is to be taken?
