Help!!! Whole Menu disappeared

Dear Qlik View users,

I install an option of NPrinting (see the link: http://community.qlik.com/ forums/p/26237/100502.aspx# 100502), and somehow my whole munu/ toolbar disappeared! I already deleted this NPrinting, but menu doesn't show any more. Could anyone help?

Try pressing F11 (works for browsers).

Unfortunately doesn't work:( I am worried that I have to reinstall QlikView, and as far as I am Personal Edition User, I suppose I won't be able to open files I made earlier:(

How about pressing ALT-v-t to start the Toolbars option?

I got the same problem , tried to reinstall , same problem.

Open the registry editor and locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\QlikTech\QlikView\Toolbar 7 and rename it to Toolbar 7 old. This will reset the toolbar configuration.

After that, open Qlikview again.
