Help to make a scale

Hello !

I'm a student, and i would like to make a scale with a lot of "ages" data on my X axes.

Look at the printscreen, and you will understand what i say.

Somebody know how to make a scale like

"11  12   13  14 .... 18   19" ?

I mean a scale with entire value, and not decimal .

Change your Dimension from "Age" to the Calculated Dimension =floor(Age).
