Help with alternate state in chart expression and possibly aggr

Hi all,

Im trying to display each User posting to ID.

So for example, if this user is posting to state AA and BB.... bring the relevent ID up for this User.

P123: should have 1 ID ...

P111 and p22 : Should have 1 ID also

its a requirement to use alternate state here..
