Please help me with totals

I am able to get the total values when I'm selecting year, and also the offernumber

But all totals seem to be blank when I want to see it by year selection without Offer nunmber

you are probably missing an appropriate aggregation function that works in the scope of your partial sum / totals.

Use Aggregation Functions!
