Hello all ,
I have to create a guage chart which shows two needles one for target and one for target achieved till date , help me put guys.
i have attached the image which i have to create.
One solution is to
create a second copy of the guage which is placed exactly over the top of the first, the second guage should be entriely transparant apart from the needle

You can add a reference line value with your target value, in Presentation tab.
