Hide /Show sheet

Hi Friends,

I want to deactivate 1 & 2 Sc Report .when  1 & 2 Summary report sheet activates. same for 1 & 2 detail report when activates 1 &2 sheet should be deactivated.

Please dont suggest hide tabrow option.i want to show tabrow.
