How to Set External Evenin Qlikview Task

Hi all,

I have Qlik App on top of SQL Server.

I want to set a trigger that would read when the SQL Server load is being completed. Once this SQL Server load completes then Qlik Apps will starts.

I can see there is an option for external event.

Could you please help me to understand how to make this happen.
