How to compare 2 text fields ?

Hi

I need to compare 2 text fields in 2 different tables.

One field I load from official UN Sanction list, the other one I load from my ERP masterdata.

  

I need to compare field "name" with "Name".

If any part of string in "name" is found in "Name", a flag should show 1.

I do attach a sample with inline tables. I would be happy if anyone can help me how to solve this.

use SubStringCount() function.
