How to configure bar chart with gradient color effect

Hi,

How do I configure the colour of the bar chart to change ‘gradually’ (such as the second picture) from Green->Yellow->Orange->Red?

You don't. It's not possible with a bar chart. A bar chart can have only a two color gradient and that color of the gradient does not relate to absolute values, but the relative position in the bar.
