I have been searching the community for the answer to my question but did not succeed so far. Hopefully someone here can help me.
I want to create a frequency table for the number of calls made per region. The dimensions are region and #calls (calculated, using the Aggr function). The expression is a count on distinct employee-id's.
When I do not select a timeperiod (ie year or month) I see the expected result for the total dataset. What I want to achieve is that when I do select a timeperiod the number of employees with zero calls is also shown.
