How to format Money

I would like to format money like for Thouseand K , Million M Billion 'B'. Ex: instead of $13K for $13,000.00 etc.

Right now i have $#,##0.00 under format patten.

Add K in Thousand symbol (same sheet)

Add M in Million symbol (same sheet)

Add B in Billion symbol (same sheet)
