How to get SVG path to get a region

Hi,

I am trying to create a heat map in qlikview for showing up the election results across the different constituency in a state (Sate: Bihar, Country: India). I have been trying different map extensions but not able to nail it.

I downloaded "Universal SVG Heatmaps" from qliktelligence and in the sample file, they have used SVG path to create the different constituencies.

I want to know how to get this SVG path that creates the boundary of the constituency in the map?

Any  help on how to arrive at these SVG path data?

If there are any other extension, please let me know your suggestions on how to handle this.

I tried google maps. but that gives me a point based on lat/long.

But I am trying to get a boundary for the different constituencies present in Bihar state to show in a heat map.

Any other suggestion?
