How to get XML for QMC Task History?

Please can anyone tell me where I can find an XML (or other document) of QMC Task History?  Ideally I would like to be able to analyse how long tasks take; how often they fail; and how long they take to complete.  Basically, the information that one can get manually from the Status | Task History tab in QMC (see below)?  Thanks

You can also get the metrics you are looking for from the QlikView Governance Dashboard.

Thanks Rob.  Yes, this will give me the detail that I am looking for at task level.
