How to get back from creating New Sheet Object / Straight Table

Hello -

In QlikView AccessPoint, I have created a new sheet and a New Sheet Object / Straight Table, and can no longer get back to the original report page.

No menu based item on the page or any commands available on right click appear to help.  I have also cleared all browser cache, passwords, ...everything.

Is any help available?
