How to remove conditional hidden

Can any one help, on the below. how to remove that conditional hidden from this object. I don't remember doing it .

hence not sure how to find it.

While this row is selected (as in your screen-shot), click on 'Properties..' at the right bottom of the same window, goto Layout tab of the new window that pops up; Show Mode-> Conditional/Always
