How to remove document from QEMC / Status?

Hi,

I have a document that still shows up in the QEMC / Status tab (as Failed, of course) even though I believe I have deleted all traces of it? Any ideas? It does NOT show up on the QEMC / Documents tab. I have tried restarting the server but it didn't help.
