How to show difference in Pivot table

Hi, I have created a pivot table , looking for solution to give % of change

Data:

Sales rep	Year	Sales
John	2014	100
John	2015	150

Pivot Table

Sales Rep	2014	2015
John	100	150

Output: a row giving % difference of sales over previous year

es Rep	2014	2015
John	100	150
% Change	0	66.7%
