How to use Version control with Deployment Framework

Hello all,

I was looking for information how version control should be applied properly when Deployment Framework is used.

I noticed that with Deployment Framework there comes a script that creates project folders for each qvw-file. But should the whole Deployment Framework be put to the version control or just project folder -files? Any experiences or best practices you could share?

Thanks,

Petteri Paananen

You should join the deployment framework group, probably more info on the subject there: QlikView Deployment Framework

Then, should you decide to look inte the possibilities of a distributed version control system, I wrote some posts on that subject a while ago: Qlikview and version control, part 1 - Sigma Blogg
