I'm trying to load data from an MS Access database

I'm trying to load data from an MS Access database which was created from a SharePoint list.  All versions are 2010.

Here is the error I get:

"ErrorSource: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers, ErrorMsg: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The database xxxxxx.accdb' cannot be opened in exclusive mode because it contains links in cached mode."
