IE PLUGIN (IE 11)

HI,

we are using the ie plugin in ie 11.

my problem-

the users are complaining that when they are in one of the models the mouse turning to thr loading sigh (blue cycle)

and it doing it on and off.

somone know why is thic heppening?

Depending on the Windows or OS you are using have you checked the Enhanced Protected Mode is turned on for internet and intranet on the PC with issues.  We had a couple of Windows7 32 and 64 bit systems that appear to have fixed the issue of locking IE up when making selection criteria in an app.
