IE Plugin get Corrupt

We are experiencing problems with the IE plugin on our users computers. The plug in will work just fine for a few weeks or more and then when they open the plug in (which opens fine) and they click on a doucment to open a pop up show up and the document will not open.

We have to reinstall the plug in to fix the problem

Any ideas what is happening?

Hi Stephen - What version of QV are you using? I used to deal with this often using 8.2 and prior but haven't seen much with v9-10. -Isaiah
