IE plug

hi all,

       my QVS is 9.0 ,  a user is 64bit system,he install the QV IE plug,but when open the report have a error "can not open the address.qvp Protocol can not get any process" . what' s wrong? QVS9.0 don't support  64bit sysytem? pls ASAP give me a help,it's urgency!
