IEPlugin - Windows 7 64

Can anyone advise me?

I'm running a laptop with Windows 7 (64bit) but I've noticed a small issue.

When I open the Access Point to open a dashboard that I've created locally (version 12) and hosted on our server (Version 10), I don't get the option to open with the IE Plugin. It will happily open with the Ajax Zero Footprint but not the proper IE Plugin. As such the dashboard displays slightly differently and is not ideal.

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

Many thanks,

Peter

I should also state that it is the same problem for all dashboards irrespective of what version they were developed in, which makes me think its an issue with the plugin.

Good Afternoon,

Have you gotten a response back on this post for a workaround?  I have the same issue here.

Thank you,

Hi Craig,

No, at present i don't have a work around. Think my only option is to try and upgrade the server to version 12. My big worry is that I've got a lot of older dashboards that are quite complex and i'm not sure how they'll react to being hosted on a new server. Time to crack open the VM's and test.

If you find a solution though i'd love to hear it.

Thanks.
