Identification and reduction does not work after distribution

Hi section access experts!

I have a problem where a document identify me erroneously after the document been distributed with the publisher.

When i open the document locally on the server, identification works fine, i confirm that via checking the NTNAME - and data reduction works as expected.

However, when the document has been distributed to the Accesspoint i get identified as if im using the service account, and no data reduction takes place.

Do anyone have any idea how to proceed the trouble shooting? Any ideas are welcome,
