Import Window Wizard Creation at Front End Side(UI)

Hi All,

I need to create extract date(import) window wizard front end side (UI)

For example: while extracting date, pop up will appear back end side (edit script) that pop up want to create front end side,

my req. is if i click button on report data source folder should open and if i select req file it should automatically reload

please let me know the solution
