Importing Shared Bookmarks

Hi guys,

We've seen bookmarks randomly disappearing.

To fix this, I want to back them up.

I can export them easily.

I cannot import them as shared, however, as the import button can only be clicked on the user bookmarks tab.

Any ideas how to make it so I can either import a bookmark as shared or share it with others after importing as a user bookmark?
