In the MailTemplate.xml in Distribution Folder

Hi All,

    

     In the MailTemplate.xml

     Now I have to change script from [DATE] = 8/23/2011 2:06:23 PM

to [Last Month] and [Year] = 7 2011 something like this.

Can I or not ??
