Including Record # in one Document

Good morning,

I need to include in one document a record number following some criterias. I attached a Excel sheet explaining the topic. If somebody can help me I will appreciate.

Kaushik,

Is not working in this way. If I sorted the column (PRICE) and after I include as expression ROWNO(Total), the (PRICE) column change the order.
