Index/Match formula in QlikView

Hello all

How do i perform Index/Match formula in QlikView. Please see below to get an idea of what I'm trying to do:

Ratio	1st	2nd*	3rd	4th
QUARTILE VALUES	0.12	0.25	0.43	1.00
NO. OF BORROWERS	178	175	174	175
Borrower Name	Borrower's Ratio	Borrower's Quartile
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX	0.38	3rd
* Limit of 2nd quartile is 0.25. Hence, borrower's ratio of 0.38 will be parked under 3rd quartile.

All objects above are recursively calculated depending on what the user selects.
