I am trying to create a indicators at the X Axis for the Specific points Where as i don't want to create the expression with if else condition since it is going to affect the Legends.
If you have a continuous x-axis you can add reference lines. If that's not an option you'll have to use an expression. You can hide the legend and create a straight table, format that to make it look like a legend and place it on top of your chart. There's an example here.
