Input box with dimensions??

HI Everyone,

Can any one please help me with the requirement where users need to input any number and see only that many dimensions in the straight table.

For example if we input 5 we should be  Top 5 dimensiosn, likewise if we input 7 we should be Top 7 dimensions.

Please find attached for clear explanation.
