We're using input fields in a pivot table to allow users to see the changes associated with changing a target profit margin. The user can enter a target average margin at one of 3 category levels and using the value calculates what the proposed price change would be on at a SKU level or the user can enter in a proposed price and see the margin impact. So basically changing one input field (Margin) will recalculate the second input field (Price). We have it working through a macro, however because there is no "onChange" (based on inputfield value changes) macro, it does the calculation for all the detail lines rather than just the lines which fit into the category where change was made.
Is there a way to do this or will we need to add a duplicate column to the table which is just an expression based on the entered input field?
