Installing desktop license in virtual environment?

Issue for Professor enrolled in QlikView Academic Program:

We have installed Qlikview academic desktop license in virtual environment, but every time we login to the virtual environment QlikView can’t recognize the academic license key that we have set, as shown below.  Our virtual environment is being configured as non-persistent virtual environment, which mean it will not allocate fixed amount of disk space to user, and user will randomly be allocated to the virtual desktop when he/she login.

Can you help?  Licenses have not expired.

So if the same user logs backon, the license information is gone?

But are they able to re-license whe logged on again?
