Internal inconsistency, type CT, detected.

Greetings,
has anyone encountered an Internal inconsistency type "CT" on their QVS? After a quick spike in memory (which did not exceed our RAM) QVS service restarted this morning with the following messages:

"Notice Engine: Server aborted. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, type CT, detected.
Error Restart: Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, type CT, detected."

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
