Intersecting Numbers Matrix

I've created a "payout" matrix via a CrossTable I pulled in. Y axis shows number of agents with 10K in sales while the X-Axis represents the number of new agent contracted. Essentially a manager would get paid a dollar amount where the two numbers intersect. In order to test I setup 2 variables to mimic a manager's results. 

My question is how can I highlight the box where the two variables intersect. I have attached a image of what I have so far. 

Any assistant with this would be very much appreciated.
