I have attached 1 file with 2 sample sheets. We have a production system that provides us the amount of qty created by each plant (key) If we have a problem and issues sheet is completed with the date time of the issue.
I need to join this to the main summary sheet but have two issuess.
1. some times the value in the main sheet is missing (ie we don't have a start datetime and end datetime )
2. the other issue is the interval match does not work with datetime.
