Can any one tell me that Is It possible or not

1. On the change of of a Input Variable, a portation / part of script can be re loaded of re run ??

2. Can we impose the expression value of a bar on another bar in a bar chart.

Can any one explain the Partial Re Load

i don't thing 1 and 2 will be possible and i thing experts will answers these two

Partial reload is loading the atleast one table inplace of loading all tables.

if we have add keyword before load then we can reload partially.
