Is it possible to restrict users from creating only certain types of sheet objects

I know that it is possible to restrict users from creating any sheet objects...

But is it possible to restrict users from creating only certain type of sheet objects?  I would like restrict users from being able to create report objects (eg Straight Tables, Pivot Tables or Charts), but still be able to create List Boxes, Multi Boxes, Search Boxes, etc.
