can somebody tell me where to get Languages.qvd

You don't.

a QVD is a table in a qlikview format, which is created by a Qlikview script. This script loads data from a table elsewhere.

Hi,

on the finance controller example I get a load error as it cannot find this.

Languages:

LOAD

Sprache as Language

,

Sprache_Kurz

as Language_Abbrev

,

Sprache_Flag

as

Language_Flag

FROM

.. \Languages.qvd (qvd)

would you know what can be done to solve this error if this qvd is generated by a script?
