Launch Button Issue in IE 7

Hi,

Currently we are facing some issue as listed below;

1. We have developed an application with a button to launch another application in the same window of IE; it works fine in IE 6.0. But in IE 7, it's launching in a new tab.
2. Is there any way to disable or not to show the IE Qlikview Toolbars (Back, Forward, Clear, Lock, Unlock, Bookmark …) in the windows.
3. Is there any way to hide the URL which are displaying in the background of IE Screen during loading. Pls find the attached image.

Pls provide your valuable input on the same.
