Licence Stability

I'm having all sorts of bother keeping my Licences and user cals fixed. As soon as I run a big job or reboot my server, all the licence information gets blown away. Happens about one a week.

I have tried backing up the PGO files, but that doesn't help (in fact it flat out doesn't work).

Anyone else experiencing this and/or has found a solution?
