Hi Deepak

Please read QlikView Server Reference manual, and section about Client Access Licenses.

On a server you can have a folder for each where each group will have its own access.

I mean access is different from license.

Normal( Personal licence) is limited to modify file only created by youself.

Everyone can have this version on their destop.

If you have a key(full license) you can give access to your file via online(browser ) modul where user can see the document (you can limit here who can see(access) what) by creating folder for each group or when you give them key they can modify the document on their desktop.

Your local IT will be probably the best place to ask.

Does this help?
