License Enabler Server Port

Does anyone know what's the port number to communicate with this server? I can't open them all (IT restrictions) so I need to specify just that one port. Is it 80?

trusty old netstat never fails and I was able to get the required info. I'll post it here in case anyone ever needs it:

195.78.36.20:http (80)
