Limit refresh in qlikview

Can someone explain, how can we limit the refresh time in one qlikview tab.

Scenario:

I have qlikview dashboard, with 5 tabs in it.

I want to refresh each tab at specific interval of time.

Can I achieve this using qlikview?

Use a Function call of VB.net for each tab

Use If Condition for the Time Intervals.
